Darlene You is a User Experience Consultant and Marketing Specialist at FWDthink since April 2020, where responsibilities include implementing innovative problem-solving tools for brand creation and product design, as well as delivering consumer advocacy through research and presentations. Simultaneously, Darlene serves as a Marketing Intern at Human Resources Technologies, Inc. since August 2020, focusing on researching market opportunities for IT solutions and managing client outreach. Darlene holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Virginia Commonwealth University, completed in December 2022, and graduated from Broad Run High School in 2018.
