Jeffrey Witte is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Produce & Seafood Sales at Capital Seaboard & G. Cefalu & Bro., Inc. since March 2023. Prior to this role, Witte held the position of Culinary Director/Executive Chef at Main Event Caterers from August 2020 to March 2023, and served as Vice President & Executive Chef at Saint Germain Catering from June 2016 to April 2020. Witte's earlier experience includes functioning as Culinary Director and Executive Chef at Airlie Center from August 2007 to May 2016, where responsibilities encompassed day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage department and overseeing the Local Food Project.
