Maria Eugenia Varela is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist with extensive experience in human resources and recruitment across various organizations. Currently serving at CGC since November 2021, Maria previously worked at Glue Executive Search, where responsibilities included executive search and market mapping. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition Specialist at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd and HR Business Partner at the Ministry of Production and Labor of the Nation, where strategic HR initiatives were developed for the Secretary of Industry. Maria's background also includes a significant tenure at Tenaris, focusing on recruitment and development across the Southern Cone, as well as consulting roles in human resources. Maria holds degrees from Universidad del Salvador and certifications in assessment methodologies from Lego® Serious Latam and Thomas International.
