Erica K. Voelker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in event production and operations management. Currently serving as the Interim Chief Operations Officer at CG Creative Studios since June 2018, Erica oversees HR, Finance, and Administration while leading production and project management teams. Previous roles include Director of Operations, Director of Event Production, and Group Production Manager, where responsibilities encompassed production oversight and team mentorship. Erica has also held significant positions at Viacom, SeaWorld San Diego, and other prestigious organizations, managing high-profile events and large teams while achieving notable awards, such as the IAPPA’s 2017 Brass Ring Award for Most Creative Property-Wide Event. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Event Management from the University of Central Florida - Rosen College of Hospitality Management.
