Lydia Ope Tetteh, CSM® CSPO®, is an experienced Scrum Master and Business Analyst currently working at CFRA Research since April 2022, where responsibilities include facilitating agile ceremonies, resolving blockers, and creating dashboards for data management and content publishing teams. Prior to CFRA Research, Lydia served as a Data Stewardship Business Analyst at T. Rowe Price, co-founded Bolt Consulting Group as Lead Marketing Analyst, and held various roles at World Vision USA, Drucker School of Management, and other organizations focused on data analysis, agile methodologies, and project management. Lydia holds a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from the Drucker School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
