Angelica Arroyo currently serves as the Appeals Unit Manager at Covered California since November 2022 and has been involved with the Child & Family Policy Institute of California as a Training Coach since August 2021. Prior to these roles, Angelica spent over two decades at Tulare County Health & Human Services Agency, starting as an Eligibility Worker/Benefits Specialist, progressing to Program Specialist, and eventually becoming Unit Manager for In-Home Support Services (IHSS) until October 2022. Additionally, Angelica led Relay for Life events for the American Cancer Society from March 2014 to March 2020. Angelica is currently pursuing further education at the College of the Sequoias since January 2022.
