Andrea Sobrado serves as the Senior Associate Director at the Child & Family Policy Institute of California (CFPIC) since November 2021, focusing on supporting human service agencies in their efforts to assist vulnerable populations. Previously, Andrea worked as an Implementation Consultant and Coach for Casey Family Programs from April 2017 to November 2021 and held the position of Implementation Support Lead at the Central California Training Academy from January 2011 to November 2021, specializing in California Child Welfare Practice Model implementation. Earlier in career, Andrea was the Deputy Director of Child Welfare Services at Fresno County Department of Child and Family Services from June 2006 to June 2010. Educational background includes degrees from the University of Southern California and UC San Diego.
