Layne Rackley is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in financial management and strategic operations. Currently serving as the Director at CFO Systems, LLC since August 2023, Layne is recognized for a hands-on approach that combines financial expertise with problem-solving skills to enhance business performance. As a member of the Board of Directors for the Human Rights Campaign Foundation since September 2021, Layne contributes to governance and strategic direction. Previously, Layne held the roles of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Century 21 Award from November 2002 to May 2023. Layne earned a Bachelor of Accountancy in Accounting and Finance from New Mexico State University after studying at Texas Tech University.
