Nick Penter is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a part-time Finance Director and Chief Finance Officer at The FD Centre Limited and as a Portfolio Chief Finance Officer for The CFO Centre UK, Nick has a proven track record in senior financial management. Previous positions include Chief Financial Officer at Aubrey Park Ltd, Kemnal Park Ltd, and Happy Child Ltd, as well as serving as an Independent Pension Trustee for the Avdel UK Pension Plan. Nick holds an ACMA degree in Accounting from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and has furthered education through The Pensions Regulator from 2011 to 2012.
