Xinyu C. is a Senior Project Engineer at CFD Research Corporation, with a focus on nonlinear finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) for multiphysics simulations since September 2009. Prior experience includes a role as a Graduate Research Assistant at Northwestern University, where Xinyu C. conducted research on polymer nanocomposites and developed micromechanical models. Additional roles include research assistant positions at New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering and Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and a process safety internship at bp. Xinyu C. holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University, a Master’s degree in Mechanical Design from New York University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
