Ludek Hadra is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in operations excellence and end user services across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Director of End User Services at ČEZ since January 2019, Ludek previously held key roles at Česká spořitelna, such as Director of Operations Excellence, where leadership was demonstrated over a team of 50 experts, and Manager of Client Documentation Department, overseeing 120 FTEs. Ludek's prior experience includes program management at ConocoPhillips, IT team leadership in Central and Eastern Europe, and IT specialist roles at Arthur Andersen, Siemens, and Carrefour. Ludek holds a Master's degree in Applied Informatics and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
