Rasika Nilantha Dammasena Kaluwahandi is an accomplished Electrical Superintendent at Ceylon Electricity Board, possessing extensive expertise in control systems, electrical design and maintenance, and high-voltage transmission lines along with grid substations construction since September 2009. Previously, Rasika served as an Electrical Design Engineer at RNGGC Engineering (PVT) Ltd., focusing on lighting protection systems, power factor correction systems, and electric switchboards. Rasika's earlier experience includes a role as a Technical Officer at Lanka Bell, managing low voltage gear and emergency standby generators. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Certificate and Diploma in Industrial Automation from the University of Moratuwa, a Postgraduate Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from City & Guild's, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Engineering Council UK.
