Yonathan Butler boasts extensive culinary experience, currently serving as Executive Chef at Ceviche Tapas Bar & Restaurant since March 2015. Previously, Yonathan held the role of Executive Chef at Harmony Gold Club from September 2014 to May 2016 and served as Executive Sous Chef at Fulton Crab House in Downtown Disney from May 2012 to January 2014. Earlier in their career, Yonathan was a Sous Chef at Memphis Hilton from October 2009 to June 2012.
