Previously, Richard held positions such as Head Of Engagement, IT Customer Solutions at Toll Group and Business Solutions Lead at CEVA Logistics. With a background in software development and management, Richard has a strong passion for consulting and engaging with business communities to deliver the right solutions. Richard has a Diploma in Business Management from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Software Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth.
