María Concepción Medina Salinas is an experienced professional currently serving as Team Lead Smart Inbound at CEVA Logistics since October 2022. Prior to this, a diverse background includes roles at Picnic Technologies, such as Process and People Manager and Process Manager, focusing on operational efficiency and team coordination, along with experience as an Order Picker. Previous positions include work as an Assistant Fast Food Worker at McDonald's and an Interpreter at SeproTec Multilingual Solutions. Leadership experience is highlighted through roles at AIESEC, including Organizing Committee President and Vice President of Outgoing Exchange. María has a strong academic foundation with degrees in Translation and Interpretation from Universidad de Granada and participation in Erasmus at Hogeschool-Universiteit Brussel.
