Previously, Maikel Aarts held several key positions including Warehousing & Logistics Manager in the Netherlands for Getir, Operations Manager at Ingram Micro Commerce & Lifecycle Services, and Productieleider at Rofa BV. Early career experience includes roles at Polytec Composites NL B.V. and multiple positions within the Ministerie van Defensie, ranging from Sportinstructeur KCT to KCT Operator. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Bedrijfskunde and an LSS Greenbelt certification in Lean Six Sigma from Avans University of Applied Sciences.
