Global Key Account Manager at Ceva Logistics

Lawrence Tse is the Global Key Account Manager at Ceva Logistics. Lawrence has over 12 years of experience in the logistics and e-commerce industry.

Lawrence started their career as a Customs Clearance Supervisor at DHL Express in September 2008. Lawrence was promoted to Regional Key Account Manager, E-Commerce at Toll Group in April 2014. In December 2014, they joined Fuji Xerox (Hong Kong) as an Account Delivery Manager in their e-commerce mailroom operations.

In August 2015, Lawrence was recruited by Rocket Internet SE to be their Director of E-Commerce Logistics Operations for Africa, Latin America, and Emerging Markets. Lawrence was responsible for leading a team of 6 managers and oversaw the operational development of the service network, including the implementation of quality requirements and operating standards. Lawrence was successful in establishing new key partnerships with Aramex, Bolloré, DHL, SEKO which resulted in a 60% improvement in shipping performance.

In December 2017, Lawrence left Rocket Internet to join DB Schenker as their Director of Global Business Development for E-Commerce. Lawrence was responsible for sales and boosting revenue. During their time at DB Schenker, they exceeded Global Vertical Markets sales goals by an average of 20% in 2018 and 2019.

In July 2020, Lawrence left DB Schenker to join Ceva Logistics as their Global Key Account Manager.

Lawrence Tse has an extensive educational background in business administration and management, with degrees and certification from some of the top schools in the field. Lawrence holds a Global Executive DBA from KEDGE Business School, an Executive MBA from SP Jain School of Global Management, a BA (Hons) in Business Administration and Management from University of Sunderland, and an Advanced Diploma in Business Studies from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Lawrence also has certification from the National University of Singapore in the Future Leaders Programme, and from S P Jain School of Global Management in the Master of Business Administration (Executive) programme.
