Jeremy S W. is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a System Administrator at Cetaris since April 2024, where responsibilities include supporting the implementation of the ITSM platform and providing technical assistance. Previously, from April 2017 to 2024, Jeremy was a Web Administrator at the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism, managing CRM and digital strategy efforts. Additional roles include Consultant positions at the University of Technology, Jamaica, and the Caribbean Local Economic Development Project, as well as an Assistant Webmaster at The Jamaica National Group.
