Jad Jawhari is an experienced professional in education and mental health consultancy, currently serving as an Education Coordinator at CESVI since January 2023 and as a Mental Health Research Consultant at Caritas since July 2022. Prior roles include Protection Manager at Helem, Education Project Coordinator at World Vision in Lebanon, and Case Management Officer at Save the Children International. Jad has expertise in child protection and gender-based violence, having supervised teams focused on at-risk populations. Earlier experience encompasses roles such as Suicide Helpline Operator at Embrace and various positions in humanitarian organizations. Jad holds a Master of Science in Criminology and Criminal Psychology from the University of Essex Online and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the American University of Beirut.
