Lennie Arnold possesses extensive experience in operations and management within the civil engineering sector, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at CESO, INC. Previously, Lennie has held the positions of Chief Operating Officer at both Harris Civil Engineers, LLC and Chastain-Skillman. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President and Director of Planning + Design at S&ME, Inc., as well as Vice President and Area Manager within the same organization. Lennie’s career also includes a role as Business Unit Manager at AMEC Earth and Environmental. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering obtained from Tennessee Technological University between 1981 and 1986, following a secondary education at Madison High School from 1978 to 1981.
