Christine Hilbert is an experienced Transportation Project Manager at CESO, INC. since April 2013, specializing in utility coordination, right-of-way processes, and access management. Prior to this role, Christine served as Transportation Manager at the Ohio Department of Transportation for 20 years, overseeing the Permits Department and managing various processes including right-of-way use permits, construction inspections, and local land use in southwest Ohio. Christine's education includes attendance at Hamilton High School from 1977 to 1981.
