Vlasta Páchová has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Ceske Radiokomunikace a. s. since November 2013, focusing on operations, IT, employer branding, and internal communication for a workforce of 250 employees. Prior roles include HR Specialist, HR and Legal Support Specialist at Panasonic Marketing Europe GmbH, and HR Researcher at Kienbaum Executive Consultants. Vlasta holds a Master's degree in International Relations and European Studies from Metropolitan University Prague and has completed a Maturitní zkouška at Gymnázium Jiřího Ortena Kutná Hora. Continued education includes participation in courses at Czechitas since 2021.
