Jana Záhorková is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in broadcasting and journalism. As the Executive Producer at Česká televize since July 2013, Jana leads the live morning program Studio 6, managing a high-pressure environment and adapting scripts to current events. Transitioning from print and online media, Jana also served as News Editor for ČT art, covering cultural news. Prior experience includes roles as Reporter and Managing Editor at MAFRA, a.s., where Jana oversaw the online culture section and previously reported for Mladá fronta DNES. Jana began a career in journalism as a high school student and completed education at Masaryk University with a degree in Media Studies and Journalism, alongside continued studies at Charles University as a lecturer.
