Elisa Addesso serves as the Personal Assistant to the Executive Vice President at CESI SpA since October 2019, overseeing various entities including ISMES S.p.A. With extensive experience in administrative roles, Elisa has held positions such as PA to the CEO and Co-Managing Partner at Andersen Tax & Legal and Executive Assistant roles at State Street, F.C. Internazionale Milano, PwC, Geodis Wilson, and Wright Medical. In addition to corporate roles, Elisa is a Chartered Psychologist and Licensed Life Coach, certified since February 2015, with a Master Practitioner in NLP from NLP Italy Coaching School. Elisa holds a degree in psychology from Università degli Studi di Padova, graduated in 2004.
