Erika Hall has extensive experience in educational program management and teaching, currently serving as the Manager of Programs at the Cesar Chavez Foundation since August 2014. In this role, Erika has held multiple positions, including Regional Program Coordinator, Program Coordinator, and Lead Teacher, where responsibilities included creating and implementing lesson plans, integrating service learning and technology, setting healthy goals, and effectively recruiting students. Prior to this, Erika worked as a Long Term Substitute Teacher and a Kindergarten Instructor at Clovis Unified School District. Erika holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from California State University, Fresno.
