Rafael Grossi is an experienced professional with a robust background in public administration and governance. Currently serving as the Director of Administration and Commercial Affairs, as well as the Director of Institutional Relations and President of the Administrative Council at CESAN since March 2019, Rafael has held multiple key roles in public sector integrity and transparency. As a board member of the Espírito Santo Ethics Council since January 2022 and an Auditor for the State since February 2014, Rafael has focused on improving public management and transparency. Previous positions include Subsecretary of Government and Subsecretary of Capital Resource Capture in the Espírito Santo State Government, Director of Governance at the DER-ES, and Director at the Central Directorate of Techniques and Operational Transparency in Minas Gerais. Rafael Grossi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Faculdade de Direito Milton Campos (2001-2005).
