Juan Silva is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as a Project Engineer at CES Consultants since November 2022. Prior to this role, Juan worked as a Quality Engineer at Marvin from January 2021 to October 2022, and at Adient from June 2019 to December 2020, where responsibilities also included serving as a Continuous Improvement Specialist. Juan's career began with a Lean Manufacturing Kaizen Project at Toyota Motor Corporation in 2018.
