Shirley Lisbeth Morejon Vela is an experienced professional in operations management, currently serving as a Control Coordinator T1 at Cervecería Nacional since August 2019. In this role, Shirley leads a team of 140, develops visual productivity indicators, and manages budget construction for 2023 using a zero-based budgeting approach. Prior positions include Supervisor of Operations and Supervisor of Distribution, where Shirley was responsible for productivity indicators and excelled in warehouse operations management under the DPO excellence program of Ab InBev.
