Evghenia Comerzan serves as the Vice President Education and Secretary at Sirius Toastmasters since July 2021 and concurrently holds the position of Legal Advisor at certSIGN. Previously, Evghenia worked as a Legal Advisor at KRUK Romania from March 2018 to July 2021, where responsibilities included drafting legal documents, monitoring executive files, and mentoring colleagues. Earlier legal experience includes holding the position of Legal Advisor at NCH Capital - Agri Terenuri SA, focusing on corporate document preparation and legal support, and internships at Serban & Associates Law Firm and Vilau & Mitel Attorneys at Law. Evghenia holds a Master of Laws in International Arbitration and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Bucharest, along with a Junior Legal Advisor qualification from the Romanian Professional Association of Legal Advisors.
