Rocio Guerrero currently holds the position of Director of Client Services at Certiverse, where responsibilities have included roles as Product Manager, Technical Operations Manager, Pre-Sales and Product Engineer, and Product Specialist since January 2022. Prior to Certiverse, Rocio served as Afterschool Programs Coordinator at LAGRANGE AREA DEPT SPEC ED-LADSE SCHOOL DISTRICT from October 2021 to January 2022, and worked as a Special Education Paraprofessional at Ladse from May 2019 to January 2022. Additional experience includes Program Assistant roles at Cicero School District 99 and Berwyn North School District 98, and serving as a Special Education Classroom Aid SECA at Chicago Public Schools. Rocio is pursuing a Master of Arts in Special Education and Teaching at National Louis University, and has earned a Bachelor of Science in Education Studies from Concordia University Chicago, along with an Associate of Arts in Art from Morton College.
