Nicole L. Milone is a Litigation Partner at Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, LLP, with experience dating from December 2015 to the present, managing diverse commercial litigation cases including "business divorces" and class action TCPA matters. Previously, Nicole served as a Litigation Associate at Kriss & Feuerstein LLP, specializing in commercial mortgage foreclosures and real estate issues, and at Berkman, Henoch, Peterson, Peddy & Fenchel, PC, focusing on both commercial and residential mortgage foreclosures. Early career experiences include internships at Schwartz & Perry LLP in Employment Discrimination Law and the Nassau County Attorneys Office in Housing Rights Advocacy. Nicole obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English from James Madison University.
