Helmy E. has been an entrepreneur since 2007, when they founded and became the CEO of Certifix Live Scan. This company provides individuals and organizations with a fingerprint capture solution for background checks, and their software and hardware is certified by US state and federal governments. In 2012, Helmy E. founded and became the CEO of PostScan Mail, a virtual mailbox software that allows individuals and businesses to view and manage their postal mail online. PostScan Mail also partners with businesses to expand their mission in making mail and package delivery accessible online.

Helmy E. began their educational journey at Sunny Hills High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma in 2005. In the same year, they began their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) at California State University, Fullerton, which they completed in 2009 with a focus on Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations. Additionally, Helmy E. has obtained two certifications: a Certified Live Scan Vendor from the California Department of Justice, and an IAFIS Certified Product from the FBI.
