Chris Orvin founded Certified Fire And Security in 2014 and served as the Managing Partner. In the same year, they also became the President of Summit Security Solutions LLC. Prior to that, they worked at Select Security as the RDS Program Director from 2011 to 2014. In 2010, they were an Area Sales Manager at AMP, and from 2007 to 2010, they held the same role at Pinnacle Security.

Chris Orvin attended Dixie State University from 2005 to 2008, but did not receive a degree or specify a field of study.
