Joe Urban is a seasoned professional in the food and nutrition industry with extensive experience spanning over three decades. As the Founder and CEO of School Food Rocks since January 2020, Joe has driven initiatives to enhance food quality in schools. Additionally, Joe serves as Chef Ambassador for Certified Angus Beef LLC and as an Ambassador for Seafood Nutrition Partnership, promoting premium food products. Joe's prior roles include Director of Food and Nutrition Services at Greenville County Schools from January 2007 to January 2024, and President of Superlative Concepts, Inc. from 2000 to 2006. Joe also owned Kimberly's Diner and managed Pizza Hut of Central New Jersey in the 1990s. Joe holds a degree from Monmouth University, attained between 1989 and 1992.
