Sidharth K has three years of work experience in the IT Business Analyst field. In 2021, they started working as a Business Analyst (Configuration) for Certa (getcerta.com). In 2020, they worked as an IT Business Analyst (Enterprise Software) at SOTI, where they conducted meetings and discussions with stakeholders, acted as a bridge between the Dev and QA teams, and developed software solutions for both Front-end and Back-end. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Jr. IT Business System Analyst at The Jaihind Express, where they researched and evaluated different analysis tools, business intelligence tools, and modelling techniques to identify possible opportunities for process improvement. Sidharth also increased the website view count and user-retention by the use of Google Analytics data, and performed root-cause Analysis and provided necessary inputs and feedback.

Sidharth K completed their Computer Science and Engineering degree from Kerala Technological University (KTU) -- SSET between 2016 and 2020. Sidharth has also obtained a Business Analysis Foundations certification from LinkedIn in November 2021. Sidharth is currently in the process of obtaining certifications in Business Analysis from IIBA, Business Process Improvement from Project Management Institute, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) from Indian Cyber Army\u2122 and Salesforce Business Analyst Badge from Salesforce.
