Dane Tacchini serves as a Legal Advisor and Head of IP at CERN within the CERN Knowledge Transfer team since August 2023. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Gide Loyrette Nouel from November 2014 to August 2023 as an Associate focusing on intellectual property, electronic communications, space law, and media law, among other areas. Earlier roles include IP Trainee positions at Herbert Smith Freehills and White & Case LLP, as well as a trainee at 111 Avocats, where work encompassed various aspects of intellectual property and media law. Dane Tacchini holds multiple law degrees, including a Master of Laws (LLM) in Intellectual Property from Queen Mary University of London and advanced degrees from Université Paris II and Université Paris I.
