Tom Woolums currently serves as a Senior Technical Writer at Cerium Networks, a technology company with multiple offices in the Northwest and a 24/7 Network Operations Center in Manila. Woolums is also the Founder and CEO of 10 X 10 Publishing. Previous experience includes a role as Programmer Writer at Aquent LLC, working with Microsoft Bing, and holding various positions at Microsoft from 1997 to 2010, including Programmer Writer, Writing Manager, and Group Manager in the Digital Media Division. Woolums holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Idaho, obtained in 1986.
