Prabhat Kumar is the Founder and CEO of CERF Solutions Pvt. Ltd., specializing in customer experience, enterprise policy enforcement, and adaptive multi-factor authentication since January 2022. Kumar also serves as the Founder and Director of Vspagy, a platform focused on conversational video messaging and synthetic marketing. In addition, Kumar has held the position of Director at the Esports Federation of India since August 2014, which serves as the governing body for esports in India. Prior experience includes serving as President and Chief Revenue Officer at Sinch from 2004 to 2021, alongside various leadership roles at Inspirisys Solutions Limited and Premium Soft International. Kumar's educational background includes advanced management programs at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and the Indian School of Business, along with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Delhi University.
