Adam Brooks is an experienced executive currently serving as Chairman of the Board at TERMONT Montréal Inc. and Senior Vice President of Conventional Relationships at SSA Marine, both positioned since early 2024. Brooks holds multiple board member roles at various companies, including Delaware River Stevedores, Inc., Gateway Terminals LLC, Charleston Stevedoring Company, LLC, CP&O, Texas Stevedoring Services LLC, Houston Terminal, LLC, and New Orleans Terminal LLC. In addition, involvement with the Maritime Association - ILA Funds as a Board of Trustees member dates back to 2015. Academic credentials include a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with double minors in Business Administration and Computer Science from Dalhousie University.
