Paul Saunders is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a strong background in recruitment across various sectors. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Ceres since July 2022, Paul focuses on sourcing candidates for roles in Commercial, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Modelling and Data, Data Science, and Energy Materials, specifically targeting expertise in Hydrogen or SOEC. Prior to Ceres, Paul worked at Avalara as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, managing the recruitment of mid to senior level candidates in Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Tax across the UK and Europe. Earlier experience includes roles at Blayney Financial as a Managing Consultant, and at Morgan McKinley and XB Associates as a Senior Consultant, where Paul specialized in recruiting for finance and accountancy positions in investment banks and large enterprises in the Netherlands.
