Wei Kang is a seasoned software engineering professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at Cerence Inc. since October 2019, Wei has previously held positions at Nuance Communications, where roles included Principal and Senior Software Engineer from July 2013 to October 2019. Prior experience also includes Senior Software Engineer positions at Scalado and Cybercom Group, where Wei contributed from June 2011 to May 2013 and June 2008 to May 2011, respectively. Wei obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Chengdu University of Information Technology between 2004 and 2008.
