Wojciech Paprocki is an accomplished engineering manager and co-founder with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Cerebre since April 2024 and co-founding BeSmarter.ai in September 2022, Wojciech focuses on the integration of AI and LLMs into SaaS products. Previously, Wojciech held prominent roles including Head of Cloud and .NET at STX Next, Head of Node.js at mTab, and Web Development Manager at ROCKWOOL Group, where significant team scaling and project success were achieved. Wojciech's early career includes positions as Solution Architect at PEKAES SA, Senior Software Developer at Open Sky Data Systems, and several engineering roles at ADB and InterLAN Poznań. Wojciech holds a Master's Degree in Computing Science from Poznan University of Technology.
