Debbie Dorfan is an experienced professional in people and culture functions, currently serving as a People and Culture Partner at Cerebral Palsy Support Network since December 2020. Prior roles at the organization include People and Culture Coordinator, Project Coordinator, and People and Culture Administrator, where responsibilities ranged from recruitment and documentation management to implementing new supervision models. Prior to this, Debbie Dorfan worked as a Program Administrator for the Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program at CSIRO from April 2007 to October 2020. Debbie Dorfan holds a Graduate Diploma in Knowledge and Information Management from Monash University and an Honours degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of South Africa, along with a BA in Industrial Psychology and Industrial Sociology from the University of the Witwatersrand.
