Mike Paley has held a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2010. In 2010, they were the Global Account Manager at NetApp and the Vice President Business Development at Fuhu, Inc. In 2012, they became the Vice President International Business Development at Maxthon Browser. From 2015 to 2017, they were the Vice President Strategic Alliances, Vice President Operations, and Vice President Business Development at Honey. In 2017, they became the Co-Founder of The Sami and Mike Company and Staircase Digital. In 2018, they were the General Partner at Wheelhouse Digital Studio and the Investor/Board Member at Next Ones and Swish Academy. Mike currently holds the roles of EVP Business Development and EVP Gaming Partnerships at Atlas Reality, Inc.

Mike Paley attended Loyola Marymount University and studied English Literature.
