Maxime GEVAERT started their work experience in 2015 as a Technicien at Centre Hospitalier de Lens. In 2018, they worked as an Étudiant stagiaire M1 at IRIM Institut de Recherche en Infectiologie de Montpellier, and in 2019, they continued their internship there as an Étudiant stagiaire M2, focusing on transcriptomic studies on Brucella spp. Maxime conducted various tasks such as gene selection and comparison, construction of mutant plasmids, and gene expression analysis.

From 2020 to 2022, Maxime took on different roles at multiple companies. Maxime worked as an Étudiant stagiaire M2 at IRD, where they gained experience in their field of study. Maxime briefly worked as an Associé logistique at Leroy Merlin in 2020.

In 2021, Maxime joined HISTALIM as an Associé d'études, and their role lasted until 2022. Currently, they are working as an R&D Scientist at Cerba Research since March 2022.

Maxime GEVAERT's education history begins in 2012 when they attended the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology, where they pursued a DUT in Analyses Biologiques et Biochimiques. Maxime completed this degree in 2014.

From 2015 to 2017, Maxime attended the University of Montpellier and obtained a Licence in Sciences de la vie.

Continuing their education, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Microbiologie et immunologie at the University of Montpellier from 2017 to 2019.

In 2019, Maxime enrolled at IAE Montpellier, where they completed a Master 2 (M2) in Management de projet in 2020.
