Nora O'Shaughnessy has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Nora started their career as a Marketing representative at ESPN and Red Bull from 2009 to 2012. Nora then transitioned into the sports industry, working as part of the marketing and promotions team for the Carolina Hurricanes from 2010 to 2012. After their time in sports, Nora ventured into the healthcare field and became a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) at UNC Health between 2011 and 2012. Nora's role involved preparing and setting up for surgical procedures in various specializations. Nora then moved into medical sales, starting as a Spine Sales Consultant for DePuy Synthes Companies from 2012 to 2015. In this position, they assisted with case coverage in the operating room and conducted sales presentations. Nora continued their sales career as a Sr. ENT Sales Consultant at Acclarent from 2015 to 2019, focusing on selling capital equipment and disposables to different medical professionals. Nora then became an Anesthesia & Emergency Medicine Sales Representative at Teleflex from 2019 to 2020, selling small capital equipment and disposables in both pre-hospital and hospital settings. Most recently, Nora worked as an Account Manager at Pacira BioSciences from 2021 to 2022. Now, in 2022, they have joined Cerapedics Inc. as a Sales Representative, utilizing their sales expertise in a new role. Nora brings a wide range of experience in marketing, sales, and healthcare to their new position.

Nora O'Shaughnessy received their Associate of Science degree in Surgical Technology/Technologist from Miller-Motte College-Cary. Nora also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing from Kent State University. Nora O'Shaughnessy has additional certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) from the Association of Surgical Technologists.
