Josh Ganet currently serves as Chief Commercial Officer at Cepia, LLC since January 2024. Previously, Josh was Senior Vice President of Global Sales at KidKraft, Inc. from January 2019 to January 2024, where responsibilities included leading a global sales team of over 45 members, overseeing sales operations and consumer engagement, and implementing a multi-year growth strategy for Europe. In prior roles at KidKraft, Josh held the position of Vice President of North American Sales, contributing to significant business growth and record sales. Before KidKraft, Josh gained extensive experience at Mattel, Inc. in various sales roles from Director of Sales Canada to Senior National Account Manager, and held positions at Zanzara, International and WorldCom. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Southern California and BSBA degrees in Business Administration from the University of Denver.
