Fatsi Evgenia has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Fatsi began their career at Eurobank, Open 24, where they worked in business planning from 2002 to 2006. Fatsi then joined Geniki Bank as a Sales Operations Coordinator for Alternative Channels from 2006 to 2007, where they focused on developing and managing various sales processes and strategies. Following their time at Geniki Bank, Fatsi joined Citi in 2007, initially working as an Assistant Acquisitions Manager in the Cards Product Group. Fatsi was responsible for preparing annual acquisition plans, evaluating and improving sales processes, and implementing acquisition projects. Subsequently, they held various roles at Citi, including Process Reengineering & Control Manager, Operational Risk & Controls Manager, and Senior Internal Auditor, where they supported risk-based audits in the EMEA region and oversaw branch examination programs in Greece. In 2015, Fatsi joined Alpha Bank as a Senior Project Manager in the Retail NPL Support Division and later became an Assistant Department Manager. Fatsi'sresponsibilities included managing retail non-performing loans and supporting corporate transformation. Most recently, Fatsi joined Cepal Hellas Financial Services S.A. in 2020 as the Head of the Operations Excellence Center, overseeing operational processes and driving excellence in operations.

Fatsi Evgenia pursued their education in a chronological manner. Fatsi attended the University of Piraeus from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance & Banking. Following this, from 2005 to 2007, they enrolled at the Athens University of Economics and Business, where they completed their MBA in Business Administration.
