Dr. Karen Morley is a distinguished leader in the field of leadership development and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as Principal at Karen Morley & Associates and as an Opinion Columnist for CEOWORLD magazine. An Honorary Fellow at the University of Melbourne, Dr. Morley has previously held significant roles such as Board Chair for the Emerge Women and Children's Support Network and Co-founder of Gender Worx. As the Executive Director of the Centre for Leadership for Social Impact, Dr. Morley established the Centre with a focus on positive social outcomes. Past experience includes serving as Associate Dean at Mt Eliza Executive Education and Director of Executive Services & Leadership Development at the Office for the Commissioner for Public Employment in South Australia, where important initiatives like LeadershipSA were launched. Dr. Morley's educational qualifications include a PhD in Leadership from the University of South Australia and extensive training in leadership at Harvard Kennedy School.
