Kyle Darr is an accomplished Practice Lead at Aston Carter, overseeing internal meetings, business development, client discovery, and recruitment strategy since September 2018. Under Kyle's leadership, Aston Carter has seen significant achievements, including being the #1 Producer in the Accounting & Finance West Region for both 2022 and 2023, with notable sales performance and the receipt of the Significant Impact Award. Prior to Aston Carter, Kyle served as Bar Manager at Zislis Group from January 2010 to September 2018, where responsibilities included inventory management, pricing, budgeting, and customer service. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from San Diego State University.
